Private Chef Experience is the one card in this lineup that isn't actually December-only — a dedicated chef, one table, up to ten guests, available year-round, with December simply being when demand for it peaks. Only a handful of tables run at any given time, and booking closes the moment they're full, the same live-capacity logic as the NYE countdown dinner.

The menu is built with the chef directly rather than chosen from a fixed list, and service is dedicated to that one table for the sitting — no shared dining room, no other tables competing for the kitchen's attention. Because it continues past December as a standing RibbonsXP Private Dining offering, it's also the anchor that keeps the wider December catalogue from feeling like a one-month-only experiment.
