How do I confirm a booking?

Once a guest purchases a gift card for your venue, our team contacts you to check availability. You confirm or suggest an alternative date — we handle communication with the guest.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed within 5 business days of a completed experience. You'll receive a confirmation email with payout details each time.

Can I block out dates?

Yes — contact our vendor team with the dates you're unavailable and we'll update your availability window. We're building a self-serve calendar tool for this.

How do I update my listing details?

Email us your changes — updated photos, new pricing, changed descriptions — and we'll apply them within 2 business days.

What if a guest doesn't show up?

No-shows are treated as redeemed from the platform side. If a guest was a no-show and you'd like to re-open the slot, contact us and we'll arrange it.

How do I add a new experience to my listing?

Send us the details — experience name, duration, capacity and your preferred price — and we'll add it to your listing within 2 business days.
