We confirm with the venue
Once a credit is booked, we contact the named venue directly to confirm your date, time and party size.
If they can't take you, we act fast
Fully booked, temporarily closed, or unable to accommodate your date — we don't leave you to find out on the day.
We reallocate to a comparable venue
You'll get a short list of similar venues — same city, same category, same price tier — and you choose where the credit moves to. Nothing is switched without your say-so.
Your credit's value is always honoured
In the rare case no comparable venue is available, the value converts to RibbonsXP platform credit — usable on any signed venue or experience gift card. It never simply disappears.
Why we can offer this
A gift never has to wait on a venue saying yes first. We confirm every named venue directly once a credit is booked — and because every reallocation option is matched on city, category and price tier, switching venues never means switching the kind of gift someone was given.
