How far in advance should I book?
December books out early, especially the week of Christmas and New Year's Eve. We recommend confirming at least 3–4 weeks ahead, though we'll always try to accommodate later requests where hotel and vendor availability allows.
What's the cancellation policy for The Detty Recovery?
Once a vendor confirms your booking and the first payment tranche is released, that portion isn't refundable. Any unused balance stays with you as RibbonsXP credit toward a future booking.
