No. Tirtayu doesn't issue or sell this — RibbonsXP does. It's a spa credit we allocate specifically to Tirtayu: we handle the payment, the delivery and the booking, and Tirtayu honours the balance when your recipient shows up.
How does my recipient actually use it?
