How much money should I budget per day for AFCON 2027?

Budget traveller: $60–80/day (hostel, street food, local transport). Mid-range: $120–180/day (3-star hotel, restaurants, Bolt). Comfortable: $250–400/day (4-star, nice dinners, activities). Nairobi is the most expensive of the three cities. Kampala is by far the cheapest.
