Must-eats: Rolex (chapati rolled with eggs and veg — best street food on the continent), matoke (steamed green banana stew), nyama choma, and fresh tilapia from Lake Victoria. For restaurants, Gatto Matto and 1000 Cups are excellent in Kololo.
